An unspoken war cry from an individual living with Alzheimer’s or other forms of dementia. As the disease progresses, the ability to remember, understand, connect, and communicate deteriorates. Unfortunately, there will come a time when the above inabilities will occur. Please take time to remember, the disease is causing these changes and it is no fault of your loved one.
When communication ceases and your stress level increases, take the time to hear their unspoken war cry, "Hear my Soul Speak," as a way of communication that will never fail.
